Not completely satisfied with your order? Or is something not working as expected? Don’t worry – at Benel, we make sure it’s resolved quickly and properly.
Return Form
Before sending something back, fill in the return form. Print it out and include it with the package. Or email it to info@benel.nl. That way, we can process your return faster.
For Business Customers
- Returns are only possible with prior written approval from Benel
- The product must be in new condition and in original packaging
- Return costs are a minimum of €10 per item
- Shipping costs are at the sender's expense
- Always contact us before returning a product
For Private Customers
- Note! Benel is a wholesaler and does not sell directly to private individuals. The return process goes through the dealer you selected in the shopping cart
- You have a 14-day reflection period on your purchase
- After registering, you have 14 days to return the product
- You will receive a refund, including the original shipping costs
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs
- The product must be in new condition, complete, and in original packaging
- If you use the product beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, a depreciation may be applied
Repairs
• Repairs over €75 will only be carried out after a quote and your approval.
• Repair costs outside warranty are €95 per hour.
• When an item – outside the legal warranty period – is offered for repair, Benel provides a 3-month warranty on the performed repair.
• No rights can be derived from the turnaround time of repairs.
• All amounts mentioned are per item and excluding VAT.
