Many countries now offer the option to digitally upload ID photos for more than 40 different documents, such as visas and passports. Your customer can handle the upload themselves via the link and QR code on the printout. For submitting ID photos digitally for the Dutch driving license, Secured Cloud Storage isn’t needed because ID Photos Pro integrates directly with the RDW through Phocs.

Since the introduction of GDPR, it’s no longer allowed to send photos by email because ID photos qualify as personal data. Email simply doesn’t provide the necessary security. Fortunately, Secured Cloud Storage offers a perfect solution. Using the link on the printout, your customer can safely download their photo as a .JPG file to their computer.
