With the Konus Quick Release Mounting Rings, you mount the center at a height of 17 mm above the rail. This allows you to use riflescopes with a maximum objective lens diameter of 32 mm. To use these mounting rings, start by loosening the top half of the ring from the bottom half. Unscrew the ring clamp at the bottom left, place the assembly on the desired rail, and secure it. Next, place your riflescope on the bottom halves of the rings; loosely attach the top halves and position your scope as you wish. Thanks to the handy lever, locking and unlocking is a breeze. Quickly switch scopes or carry your scope separately for extra safety. Remember to tighten the screws firmly with a torque of 1.5 to 1.8 Newton meters for the best grip.
